Thank you for your interest in the SearchApi Affiliate Program! This agreement is designed to protect you, SearchApi, and our customers. If you have any questions, you can contact us at support@searchapi.io.
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for joining the SearchApi Affiliate Program. In this document, when we mention "Affiliate," we're talking about you (the applicant). Similarly, when we refer to "SearchApi," we mean SearchApi, LLC, the party with whom you're making this agreement. Applying to join the SearchApi Affiliate Program confirms that you've read the agreement and agree to the specified terms and conditions.
For an Affiliate to earn a commission, the customer must successfully upgrade to a paid plan on SearchApi. The Affiliate will only get commissions on sales initiated through qualified and correctly structured affiliate links. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring links are properly structured and correct.
Commissions will accumulate based on recurring payments made by a customer within the initial 12 months. Commissions details can be monitored on the Affiliate Dashboard.
Commissions become payable 120 days after the customer's payment, allowing time for potential refunds. Payments are processed when the Affiliate's balance reaches a minimum of 100 USD and are disbursed via Wise during the first week of each month.
If a customer requests a refund for a transaction that generated commissions for the Affiliate, the earned commissions on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate's balance.
SearchApi will provide you with brand and marketing resources. However, logos and assets must not be altered. Affiliates do not acquire trademarks, copyright, or other rights to these materials.
Affiliates must ensure the accuracy of all information shared about SearchApi. They must refrain from implying that they act on behalf of SearchApi falsely or misleadingly (ie. as an employee).
The Affiliate will not manipulate the affiliate tracking to get attributed web traffic they didn't directly generate.
The affiliate will not bid on the branded keyword (SearchApi) and branded keyword+anything (i.e. SearchApi download).
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email mentioning or referencing SearchApi.
Self-referrals are not allowed. The Affiliate is not permitted to refer themselves or someone in their company or office. The Affiliate is not permitted to create an account on behalf of someone else.
Either party reserves the right to terminate this agreement without prior notice.
In the event of termination by the Affiliate, no further commissions from SearchApi will be paid for past or future customer transactions.
If SearchApi terminates the agreement, any remaining balance will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination.
If SearchApi terminates the agreement due to a violation of the Affiliate Program Terms, no commissions will be paid or owed.
We reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions within this agreement at our sole discretion. Modifications may include changes to available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
